The new Massachusetts Personal Auto "Managed Competition" will allow insurance companies to develop their own rates and product enhancements. Companies submitted their proposals in early November of 2007. The rates and policy enhancements were reviewed and approved for policies written after 4/1/08.

We are only a few short months into the change. What has happened? Consumers are seeing additional savings, especially if you have an excellent driving record or are packaging your auto and home coverage.

At Segreve & Hall, we will continue to pursue the most competitive auto and home products on the market. We currently represent Commerce, Arbella, Travelers and Encompass, this gives us 3 of the top 5 auto companies in the state.

New rates and coverage enhancements will be filed again to take effect on 04/01/09. We will keep you informed and we pledge to you our continuing efforts to bring our customers the most competive products available.
