June 3rd 2020 – Update

We continue to hope that you and your family are finding yourselves safe as we cautiously reopen our day to day life.

Our office is open the normal business hours of 7am-5pm. We will continue to keep our office closed to clients and visitors. If you do need to come by the office, please call ahead and we can make arrangements to meet with you outside of the office.

Personal insurance credits have for the most part been applied by the carriers directly, you should have received a credit or a check in the mail. On June 1st most insurance companies will begin to “normalize” their operations. Cancellations and Late Fees will begin to resurface. If you have any questions about those or any other billing question please call and we can help.

We are here to service your insurance needs and protect the safety and health of our staff. We value your business and appreciate your support.

Stay Well.

May 14th 2020 – Update

We hope that all of you and your families and friends are safe and sound as we navigate our way thru the effects of Covid-19.

Our office has remained open. We have had our employees working here at the office and some remotely. Beginning on Monday May 18, with an abundance of caution,  our employees will be returning to the office.

Our office will remain closed to clients and visitors. We encourage clients that need to drop something at our office to call ahead and we will make arrangements to have one of our staff meet you outside of our office.

Most of the insurance carriers have instituted some sort of personal insurance credit for autos, if you have any questions regarding those please contact us. Also there has been some conjecture about commercial auto credits being available, we will let you know of any program that surfaces.

Finally, uncertainty, and anxiety have dominated the past couple of months, we will continue to be vigilant about the service to our clients and the safety and health of our staff.

Thank you for your business.  Stay Well
