Coverage terms, conditions, and exclusions are governed by the actual policy documents issued by the insurance carrier.

Any quote or premium indication provided through the Site, including through instant quote tools and partner quoting links, is an estimate based on the information provided and on carrier rating rules in effect at the time. A quote is not an offer, a binder, or a guarantee of coverage or premium. Final premiums and eligibility are determined by the carrier after full underwriting.

No insurance coverage is in effect, and no policy is bound, until you receive written confirmation from Segreve & Hall or the carrier that coverage has been bound or a policy has been issued. Do not cancel any existing coverage based on a quote from the Site.

Segreve & Hall offers a text messaging program for clients and prospective clients who opt in. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Segreve & Hall at the mobile number you provide about quotes you requested, your policies, appointments, billing, claims, and related service matters. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.

Message frequency varies based on your requests and your account activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service. How we handle mobile information, including our commitment not to share it for marketing purposes, is described in the Privacy Policy page on this Site.

Incomplete or inaccurate information can change a quote, delay placement, or affect coverage. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security.

Segreve & Hall is a licensed insurance agency in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin, Illinois, Florida, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Insurance products described on the Site are available only where we are licensed and only where the carrier offers them.

The Site contains links to outside websites and uses tools provided by third parties, such as quoting platforms. Those sites and tools are operated by their owners, are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Segreve & Hall is not responsible for their content or operation.

The Site’s content, design, text, graphics, and logos are the property of Segreve & Hall or its content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.
