We are happy to introduce to you our featured customer for the month of July, WSH Appliance Service in Haverhill, MA. WSH Appliance’s story begins with and ends with the founder and owner Bill Hanneffant. Bill started in the appliance repair business in 1991. He began with Maytag in 1993 and stayed there until 2007. He worked all the way up to the lead tech position there. Bill founded WSH Appliance in 1996 as a part-time company that worked on non-Maytag appliances. In 2007, Bill left Maytag to focus on WSH full-time. WSH was based out of his house for the first 20 years of his business. He moved into his new location in Haverhill in 2016.
WSH Appliances strictly focuses on all in-home appliance repairs. Some of the brands they work on include Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, MagicChef, Samsung, and GE. They are also a preferred provider for Lowe’s. Currently, WSH serves 72 zip codes; all the way from Lowell to Portsmouth, NH. They are a growing company looking to expand their territory. Besides Bill, they have 2 technicians and 1 part-time officer working at WSH. All of their service technicians are factory authorized and trained. In 2018, WSH won the Most Professional Services Award from the United Services Association. The Appliance Service Training Institute (ASTI) is a very competitive competition with over 100 companies considered for the award.
